I was born in Houston, Texas, then spent 12 years in northwest Illinois and the mountains of Pennsylvania before returning home. My time in Pennsylvania provided a chance to work in an old historic theater, learning to work the lights and the light board. Originally thinking I'd go into film and television, I ended up switching my major to sound design because of my passion for sound, though I did minor in film and television.
I love the challenge and rewards of contract work, from meeting new people to developing artistic material. Working with the marketing team of Red Bull, volunteering for SXSW, having sound effects hosted on Sounddogs, and creating sound design for Independent films are just a few of the adventures my career has lead me into. I believe in staying busy in both work and life, seeing learning as a grand adventure, maintaining steadfast determination and a sense of honor, and having one heck of a good time while doing it all! Let me bring these aspects onto your project and make your audio reverberate across the nation!
